The Taekwondo program prepares students for competitive taekwondo, integrating higher level move sets and sparring sessions. Not only do our students expand their confidence, discipline, positivity and respect, but their belt levels are earned through the World Taekwondo Headquarters, Kukkiwon.

While competing in tournaments is not mandatory in our Taekwondo program, students benefit from heightened athletic and self-defense capabilities.

Students eager to compete, however, have the opportunity to overcome timidness by performing on stage in front of large audiences. They will also learn that winning isn’t everything, and that great sportsmanship and respect are paramount.

Note: Classes are held three times per week.
